My name is Jorge Canario, founder of TNK Coaching — a system built on faith, performance, and purpose.
I believe fitness should make your life better — not more stressful.
My mission is to help you move pain-free, gain confidence, and build strength that lasts for life.
With a background in Exercise Physiology, I’ve spent the last several years working with athletes, parents, and professionals who want to perform better — inside and outside the gym.
I’ve coached Division I athletes, led community fitness programs, and served as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Heat Raleigh, where I’ve helped clients reach their peak physical and mental potential.
I also interned at Rex Hospital as a Physical Therapy Assistant, helping rehabilitate post-op orthopedic patients.
That experience taught me that true performance starts with proper movement — and that injury prevention and longevity matter just as much as lifting heavy or running fast.
Today, I lead both Oak City Run Club and Barrio Fit, two fitness communities in Raleigh dedicated to bringing people together through health, movement, and purpose.
